I’ve been wanting to give away something to my readers for quite some time now - and I have a lot of plans for free WordPress themes and other web related goodies. But today, I want to give you all a 100% free icon set I have created titled simply, “Mac OS X Icon Set.” This is nothing fancy or complicated - it is just a simple icon set featuring the logos from your favorite OS X applications.

I’ve received a couple of extremely thought provoking comments in the last couple of weeks - each of which has to do with my content, my posting frequency, and content quality. I feel comfortable admitting to you all that I haven’t been on top of my blogging A-game in a while. Maybe it was a combination of missing 1/3 of June in Europe, or perhaps it is just a writers block. Either way, I want to ask you what kind of content you would like to keep seeing on Elite By Design.

Well everyone, it’s official : Elite By Design has been an up and running blog for over 8 months now as we roll into July 12th. Yep, we’re 2/3 of the way through our first year. It’s absolutely incredible how far this blog has come since then - and how much further it is going to go.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have been browsing through some old concepts I had in the works back in January, February, and a little bit of March, when I stumbled across the original design for Elite By Design. All I could say was “wow.”

In case you haven’t heard the buzz already, Daily Blog Tips just kicked off their Blogging Idol competition - and guess what? I’m in it!
