I liked Cat & The Dandy the most as it is has got an amazing user interface. Anyone visiting this website would surely say that it has been made by an expert who know something about customer service in the real sense.
I agree that for most business sites usability is the main focus. Making a website with too much flash or java would get you nowhere as sometimes due to low internet speed, the site may not work at all for the user. I think Cat & The Dandy has certainly achieved all the required objectives for a business website with utmost grace.
